1. Introduction
Welcome to Ziggle Digital Services (“Ziggle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our platform.
2. Services Offered
Ziggle provides digital services, including but not limited to website design, app development, and other technology solutions. We do not offer financial products such as loans, credit facilities, or banking services. All payments received are strictly for digital services rendered, ensuring full transparency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. User Eligibility
• Users must be at least 18 years old to access our services.
• By using our platform, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
4. Compliance with RBI Guidelines
• Ziggle operates strictly as a digital services provider and does not engage in lending, borrowing, or financial transactions that require RBI registration.
• We do not collect, store, or process any sensitive financial data beyond what is necessary for service delivery.
• Any payments made to Ziggle are for services rendered and are subject to applicable taxation laws.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

BIDYARTH SARKAR believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal
cancellation policy. Under this policy:
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the
vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• BIDYARTH SARKAR does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables
etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product
delivered is not good.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team.
The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his
own end. This should be reported within Only same day days of receipt of the products. In case you feel
that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the
notice of our customer service within Only same day days of receiving the product. The Customer
Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer
the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the BIDYARTH SARKAR, it’ll take 1-2 Days
days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
6. Intellectual Property
• All digital products, designs, and solutions provided by Ziggle remain the intellectual property of Ziggle until full payment is received.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our work is prohibited.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
• We collect and store only necessary user data, in compliance with Indian IT Act, 2000 and RBI guidelines on data protection.
• We do not share user data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ziggle is not responsible for:
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
• Errors, delays, or interruptions due to third-party service providers.
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion if a user violates these terms.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
