• Any payments made to Ziggle are for services rendered and are subject to applicable taxation laws.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
• Payments must be made as per the agreed terms before project initiation.
• We ensure secure transactions through authorized payment gateways, complying with all applicable financial and data security standards.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on service agreements and project milestones.
6. Intellectual Property
• All digital products, designs, and solutions provided by Ziggle remain the intellectual property of Ziggle until full payment is received.

7. Privacy & Data Protection
• We collect and store only necessary user data, in compliance with Indian IT Act, 2000 and RBI guidelines on data protection.
• We do not share user data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ziggle is not responsible for:
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
• Errors, delays, or interruptions due to third-party service providers.
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion if a user violates these terms.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
